Construction History

Construction planning SMK Putrajaya Precinct 9 (2) or abbreviated SMKP9 (2) has been approved under the Eighth Malaysia Plan (8MP) in Phase Three. School construction involving an expenditure of RM 40 million project is started on December 4, 2003 and was completed on December 29, 2006. The official ceremony of delivery of this school to the Ministry of Education was held on January 15, 2007. Today, the maintenance of school buildings and the landscape is under the purview of the Department Works.

Parties involved in the construction of this school are as follows:

Design Concepts

Schools that its design concept of 'school in the park "is made up of several building blocks as high as 5 to 6 levels at 9:07 Acre lot measuring site. Generally, the school can accommodate more than 1,750 students. Among the basic amenities provided are:

Management History

On January 16, 2007, the first time Teacher Conferences attended by 20 teachers was held, marking the date of commencement of operation of the school. On February 2, 2007, a total of 70 students from Form 1 has reported. On that date the Council also welcomed the Elder Student Council accompanied by reading of Surah Yassin and Hajat Prayer followed by the Council Awal Muharram Lecture was held on school prayer.
